What did you do this past week?

If I’m being honest, most of my waking hours have gone towards a terrible, terrible networks project. I haven’t had much time for myself or other classes. It is legitimately the hardest, most frustrating project I have ever done. On the bright side, stuff that we talk about in class that has to do with object oriented programming has helped a lot while writing the code the project.

What’s in your way?

Again, the frustrating networks project. Hopefully, when it’s done I will have a lot more free time and time to dedicate towards this and my other classes.

What will you do next week?

I am going to study up on what we learned in class. I will also finish up the next project. I’m excited to start on it because it seems very interest!

If you read it, what did you think of the Single Responsibility Principle?

It was very cool. I remember it from software engineering, so a quick recap was nice.

What was your experience of Voting and consts? (this question will vary, week to week)

It was really interesting! I feel like we didn’t get to cover consts as much as I wanted to though.

How did you fare in the storm?

Haha, I fared alright. I used every opportunity I could to turn in and do assignments. We lost water and power numerous times throughout that week. Things were off more than they were on.

What made you happy this week?

Bean, my 6 month old pug. I was playing a movie and he sat down and watched it with me. It’s really silly to see him enjoy shows. He’ll cry during fight scenes and get closer when his favorite characters show up.

What’s your pick-of-the-week or tip-of-the-week?

Start on things early! Please. Especially if you’re not sure how much time it will take!
